Hi everyone!

The only fanfic site I knew first was Fanfiction.net (username is Juliepulie) so after a few Ianthony stories I was desperately looking for more! And I'm glad I've found this forum!
You all seem very nice people, and I kinda wanna join you if I may *.*

Though I will be mostly a reader and will post a lot reaction all your awesome stories, I'm also a writer myself.
I've made a few fanfics, but only completed three. I always begin eagerly with a new story and then I stop. Bad habit.
Maybe I'll write a Smosh fic in the future :)

Hey, Julia, welcome to the community! I had to click your name to get here, the link you attempted to post wasn't working (although I don't blame you: the first time I posted on ianthony, I spent like twenty minutes trying to get the links to work).
I looked you up on fanfiction.net and noticed that English isn't your first language. In the future, if you ever want to post a fic, I would love to beta for you! I don't have total use of the computer right now, though, it might be a few weeks. And I think it's quite different from fanfiction.net here because we're not just authors posting our work, we're a tight knit community.
And you start fics but don't finish them? Ha, I used to do that all the time. The fic I'm posting right now is actually the only multi-chapter fic I've ever finished writing. A good idea is to write out a basic synopsis of the story before you actually write the story.
Can't wait to see you floating around the community :)

What the link doesn't work?
I was so long searching how to make a post and how everything else works. I just heard about a LJ-cut... It's so hard T_T

What do you mean with beta it for me? Like read if there are any mistakes?

That's why I love it more here! You all seem like a family.

What I learned about making half stories is to not upload it untill I've written the whole story. So you won't feel guilty about never finishing a story with readers.

Unfortunatly, yes, it's going to take awhile to figure this website out. Sometimes things are pretty complicated.
And yeah, a beta is a person you send your writing to. They correct any spelling or grammar mistakes and send it back to you, and then you can post it.
And I agree with you, it's definitely a good idea to finish something before you post it.
Oh, and for the link, you need to edit your post on ianthony, highlight "click here for more about me" and click the link button above the text box. Put the link you want the words to lead to (the link to this post is http://juulchii.livejournal.com/564.html?view=1332#t1332) and save changes, hopefully it'll work :)
